1. Your Creative Freedom

When you create generative art with Jova, all of your work belongs entirely to you. We don’t claim any ownership over the art you make with our app — it’s your creative vision, and you get to decide what to do with it.

All of your custom settings, saved art pieces, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We don’t access, store, or share your original creative work unless you explicitly choose to share it outside the app yourself.

You can replay your creation process, export high-resolution files, and share your work with friends, communities, or for any personal or commercial purpose you choose.

2. What You Can Expect From Jova

Jova is built to be your go-to portable creative outlet, packed with tools to bring your vision to life:

• An intuitive interactive canvas that lets you draw freely, with particles reacting to every stroke you make in real time
• Full creative control over every detail: tune particle count, lifespan, trail length, movement speed, field strength, direction, and decay to match exactly what you envision
• The ability to import any reference image to guide your particle color palette and movement, while keeping all your custom settings fully intact
• A collection of inspiration presets to get you started if you’re stuck on a blank canvas, so you can jump straight into experimenting
• Customizable core aesthetic preferences to tailor your entire creative experience to your personal style
• A private local gallery to save and revisit all your favorite finished pieces anytime

3. Community Guidelines

To keep Jova a fun, welcoming space for all creators, we just ask that you:

• Don’t use Jova to create or share content that harms, harasses, or discriminates against others
• Don’t modify or reverse engineer the Jova app to distribute it as your own work
• Respect the creative work of other creators when sharing art made with Jova

4. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our app or our community practices. When we make changes, we’ll update the effective date here and notify you through the app the next time you open it. Your continued use of Jova after changes are posted means you agree to the updated terms.
